Fairmont Mountainside Golf Course recently made the decision to install the Jencess Connect Online Booking. Not being overly computer savvy, we were relieved to find that Jencess took care of everything. They coordinated directly with our IT people and walked us through the pros and cons of various business processes so we had good information to base decisions on how we wanted the system to work for the business processes at our course. Before we knew it the software was up and running and we were getting our first bookings online.

We had immediate success! Our focus was not only to offer this necessary service to our clients, but we hoped to gain bookings we might not have otherwise have gotten. We have questioned the people who have booked using this service and all have been extremely pleased with the service and how convenient and easy it is to use. Through our questioning we have also been able to determine that indeed, we have gained many bookings we might not have otherwise gotten. To date, we have not had any problems with this service and our expectations have been exceeded. The Jencess Connect Online Booking Service has turned out to be an extremely valuable service to our business operation and we look forward to expanding on it next year.
