		ClubAssistant.NET is designed to give members a complete array of services that can be offered by the club. For members, their booking privileges, scoring history, statement detail and if assigned, the ability to view the tee sheet complete with the members playing allowing them to book next to friends or associates. Guests are able to book tee times with assigned booking privileges and rates flowing from the club Status types. Member Online Privileges Members logging in are assigned privileges on what they have the ability to view or add. These privileges are set for each member through the Member Profile at the club. The same can be done for Guests that are profiled in the Guest database. Internet Booking No system in the world is as configurable, flexible, quick or as powerful as the Jencess Internet Booking System. Virtually every field that is accessed by the member or guest can be configured by you, for your course. The defaults include days out, hour and time scope, 18 or 9 hole booking, valid grouping sizes, power cart defaults, member/guest bookings privileges. All configurable. Search Results are simply and clearly laid out. Only times that are available to the member or guest are displayed. By course, by rate, by time. After the time is selected the rate for the green fee, and if applicable the power cart, along with the tax breakout are clearly displayed. If required, a credit card is taken along with any specific note or requirement that the player wants to include with the booking. After completing the booking, an email is sent to the player with their confirmation number. No per booking charges. Member Online Statements Just as the member or company sees their statements in the mail, they can now easily see them online. The statements generated from Acct-Way Connect can be shown online, month-by-month, as far back as one year in detail or summary. Online Handicapping One of the world's most popular handicapping systems now has an online component that allows a member to view their scores real time from the data back at the club.
